This villa situated on the new development of Marina del Mar Phase 1, about 20 minutes walk from the main centre of the urbanisation and there are two communal pools on the development.
The lounge is spacious with seating for six at the dining table. There is a cable TV with connections to all major UK channels including Sky.
	The master bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe, double bed and 2 bedside 3-drawer cabinets. The ensuite with shower, wc and basin leads from the master bedroom.
The second bedroom is spacious with 2 single beds, a bedside 3-drawer cabinet and double wardrobe.
	Bedroom three has 2 single beds, a bedside 3-drawer cabinet and a fitted wardrobe.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, washing machine and microwave.
