The property is situated in the Buenavista Urbanisation which is near La Marina. Buenavista is situated on the beach side of the main road and you can walk to the large beach is about 10 minutes through the pine woods.

It is a 2 bedroom house on 2 floors, master bedroom with double bed , double wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and balcony with table and chairs. 2nd bedroom is of a nice size with twin beds, 2 bedside tables and double wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The bathroom has bath with shower over, bidet, toilet, washbasin.

Downstairs, the lounge area has comfortable seating for 4 with sideboard and fireplace.  The dining area has table and seating for 4, ceiling fan.  The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine. 2nd toilet downstairs.

Outside is a terrace and garden with table and chairs and loungers, and a small barbeque.

On site are gardens, children's playground with football/basketball pitch, and a swimming pool (small charge for pool). A number of bars , entertainment, and supermarket within walking distance.

Prices are per week and subject to maximum occupancy of 4 people

Deposit to reserve £100 with signed agreement, full balance due 8 weeks before departure, full payment due with booking if within 8 weeks of travel.

An additional key/security deposit is payable of £150 with the final balance. This will be returned in full subject to no damage and no excess cleaning being required.
